With this Be a Legend Editor from you can edit your stats to w/e you want it to be!
Just open the file, and it finds your BAL save file, and edits it. You can manually edit each and everyone of your attributes. (Try not to go above 90, or you'll mess it up.)

instruction:
1.Just unrar the files and you get a folder containing a .ISO file.
2.Mount it then install it.
3.Enter the serial when prompted.
4.And finally copy the pes2009.exe and replace it with the one located in the installation folder.
