This is an old tricks.
R00M BL0CKING.
Blocking room is very easy, just enter 25ids inside the rooms, disconneted all the id's together. If PC, please use SJboy or another type of emulator. If Mobil Phone, please use type mobil phone with 25 id's online & just turn off the Mobile phone.
R00M UNBL0CKING.
Only you, the one who blocked the room can unblock room, the procedure, please use 1 id's of 25 id's that's for blocked room then leave. So all id's in the room will be leave .
The other way is ask help administrator for unblock room
Note. Administrator can enter the full room. If there's somebody enter, all id's in the room will be leave
